Do I need to pay for return in the trial period?

Yes. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you'll only pay a $49 processing fee for mattress pickup.

How do I begin my warranty claim for my mattress?

We offer a 10-year limited warranty to our customers. We are confident that our mattresses will outlast usual memory foam mattresses and stand for our quality products.
To process your claim quickly, please gather the related information on your EGOHOME product before starting. our customer service specialists will need proof of the original purchase, several photos of your EGOHOME product and the issue, the product’s law tags (located at the top edge of the mattress), and a written description of the concern.
