Our mattresses use CertiPUR-US® certified foams made without harmful chemicals. Our fabrics are also OEKO-TEX® certified and tested to meet established safety standards. Rest easy knowing your mattress is made with certified materials you can feel confident about.

We usually process orders within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. After your order ships, delivery typically takes another 3–7 business days. Please keep in mind that carrier delays or address issues can occasionally affect delivery times.

Yes! We offer free shipping throughout the contiguous United States. Your order will ship from the nearest U.S. warehouse with your item in stock. We currently do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska.

We understand that finding the perfect mattress takes more than a first impression, which is why we offer a 100-night sleep trial. If your mattress still doesn’t feel like the right fit after 21 nights, don’t worry! Just reach out to us at support@egohome.com, and we’ll be happy to guide you through the next steps.

If you decide your mattress isn’t the right fit during your 100-night sleep trial, simply complete our Trial Questionnaire to begin the return process. Once your request is approved, we’ll arrange for the mattress to be picked up from your home. After it has been collected, we’ll process your refund, minus the applicable mattress processing fee.
