I am very confident in the quality of our EGO products, and they can be used generally for 1-10 years to meet our daily use. However, if some minor errors cause the product you receive to be imperfect, we are delighted to have the opportunity to correct the mistake. Please don't hesitate to contact me without any doubt.

10-Year Limited Warranty

This warranty is valid for 10 years from the original purchase date and covers any defects in materials or workmanship. It does not cover: wear and tear; normal changes in softness or resilience; stained or soiled products; misuse or improper maintenance; alterations or repairs by unauthorized representatives; or damage resulting from handling, use, accidents, or other causes. To activate the warranty, mattresses must be unpacked within 30 days of delivery.

1-10 Years Warranty

Our bases also come with a limited warranty depend on the base you choose. EGO Adjustable Bases offer a warranty which runs 1-2 warranty years from the date of purchase, according to the tiers set forth below.
·2 Years Full Coverage Warranty: This covers all aspects of your M200/M300.
·3-5 Years Motor and Control Boxes: These components are covered for free during this period, excluding remotes, labor, and mailing costs.
·10 Years Frame Warranty: The frame of your product is protected for a decade.

10-Year Limited Warranty

The same as mattress, this warranty is valid for 10 years from the original date of purchase and covers any defects in materials or craftsmanship. It does not cover stained products, wear and tear, normal changes in softness or resilience, or improper care.

5-Year Limited Warranty

This warranty is valid for 5 years from the original date of purchase and covers any defects in materials or craftsmanship. It does not cover products that are stained or show signs of wear and tear, normal changes in softness or resilience (including impressions less than an inch deep), improper care, or damage caused by use on uneven mattresses or other surfaces.

5-Year Limited Warranty

This warranty is valid for 5 years from the original date of purchase and covers any defects in materials or craftsmanship. It does not cover any damage caused to the base resulting from misuse or abuse by purchase, any repair or replacement of the Base’s parts by an unauthorized person.

1-Year Limited Warranty

This warranty is valid for 1 year from the original date of purchase and covers any defects in materials or craftsmanship. It does not cover stained products, wear and tear, improper care, or alterations by an unauthorized representative.

How do I begin my warranty claim for my mattress?
We offer a 10-year limited warranty to our customers. We are confident that our mattresses will outlast usual memory foam mattresses and stand for our quality products.
To process your claim quickly, please gather the related information on your EGO product before starting. our customer service specialists will need proof of the original purchase, several photos of your EGO product and the issue, the product’s law tags (located at the top edge of the mattress), and a written description of the concern. Is the warranty on all EGO products 10 years?
EGO offers varying warranty periods depending on the type of product you've purchased:
·Mattress and Pillow: Covered for 10 years.
·Topper and Value Base: Covered for 5 years.
·Other Products: Covered for 1-2 years.
Additionally, for our M200/M300 adjustable base, the warranty details are as follows:

Does my warranty cover damages caused during shipping?
Absolutely! Your EGO product warranty includes coverage for damages that may occur during the shipping process. If you receive your EGO product and find that it has been damaged during shipment, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service team immediately. They will assist you in opening a claim and arranging for a prompt replacement to ensure you receive a product in perfect condition.
