Product Warranties

10-Year Limited Warranty

This warranty is valid for 10 years from the original purchase date and covers defects in materials or workmanship. To activate the warranty, mattresses must be unpacked within 30 days of delivery.

What's Covered

Visible indentation or sagging greater than one (1) inches that are not associated with an improper or unsupportive foundation

Cracks, splits, or deterioration in foam despite normal use

Defects in the mattress cover, including zipper or seam issues

Coil or structural failure in hybrid models

What's Not Covered

A normal increase in softness of the foam pressure-relieving material which does not affect the pressure-relieving qualities of the Mattress

Comfort preference

Damage caused by improper foundation or lack of support

Stains, spills, burns, cuts, or liquid damage

Mold, mildew, or odors caused by environmental factors

Damage from misuse, abuse, or jumping on the mattress, or improper handling during moving or storage

Mattresses sold "as-is", "preconditioned", "reconditioned", "used", "comfort return", "returned", "previously owned", or any other similar wording indicating that the Mattress is not "new" or of "first quality", or has previously been purchased or used by another consumer.
