Very soft and comfortable. Cradles your head and neck. Bounces right back to shape. I would recommend this pillow
I have never purchased a bed in a box before. 2 weeks prior, I purchased a bed from an overpriced name brand store, bed in store felt great! Not even close at home. I was in so much pain! I gave it a few more days, I couldn't take it, I slept on my couch, made them take it back in spite of their policy, and lost 25% on the return which was 300.00. So now I decided take chances and buy a bed in a box, couldn't be much worse than what I just had lol Anyway, I kept coming across egohome, I looked into it and did research on others and kept coming back to egohome, I spent over an hour between the black and the blue. I ended up getting the black. It came 2 days early and when I took off the plastic to let it expand, NO SCENT whatsoever!! I gave it time to expand and sat on it, the material was like heaven, and cooling. It was a little mushy, so I decided to sleep on couch again just in case it wasn't done expanding. The next day, I couldn't believe the difference! That night, I went to bed and it was so comfortable I couldn't believe it. I slept good! I haven't in a long time! The next few nights, still slept very good and no pain!! It is perfect on my pressure points, cooling, and cozy! I bought the medium firm. If I could give this 10 stars I would. I will recommend this Brand to anyone who needs a bed. I purchased right off of their website. I am more than satisfied with this purchase!!
The shipping was super fast. My memory foam mattress is perfect, I selected to add the cooling option and I sleep great at night with no troubles
I was not happy with the delivery. It was literally thrown on my front porch steps. Our neighbor helped us bring it in the house. Then my nephew & his friend came & brought it up the stairs!!! We let it breath for 48 hours then put the bedding on & had a wonderful first night sleep. As have the had the last two nights!!!

We absolutely love our new EgoHome mattress! It’s incredibly soft and has that perfect “sink right into it” feeling. It honestly feels like sleeping on a cloud and is so comfortable that getting into bed feels like a dream. We’ve been sleeping so well since getting it, and we wake up feeling refreshed instead of sore and achy. Our bodies feel so good in the morning! Definitely one of the best mattress purchases we’ve made.
I ordered the 12inch foam mattress and we opened it on the floor so that it could have a flat surface in the spare bedroom. We left it there for 2 days before bringing it into our bedroom and once we got it on the bed and measured it it only expanded to 10 inches but it didn’t bother us too much because it was placed on a 9 inch box spring so it wasn’t too low but when we got in bed that night we were so very pleased the mattress felt amazing so much so that we didn’t care that it didn’t expand to 12 inches when we woke up the next morning we had no body pain and no stiffness and that’s why I gave the mattress 5 stars we love our purchase and we recommend this mattress to anybody that has been suffering from body aches and back pain.
Well some of holes in the headboard was not in the right sport and some of the directions was not clear. But bed is comfortable

It’s incredibly comfortable and exactly what I needed. I’ve had it for about a week now, and I haven’t experienced any back pain at all!
Overall, the bed is wonderful. It is medium just like we wanted, not too plush for discomfort but not too firm where it would be too hard and great for back support. I only took 1 star off because it advertises as cooling and both me and my husband still sweat and burn on the mattress as any other bed we got. Other than that, i recommend EGO for max comfort.
We've had these mattresses and bedframes for a year now and couldn't be happier. They're very comfortable and I've had the best sleep ever since.
The 14 inch mattress was perfect. I feel high up in my bed and sleep perfectly with the comfort. Highly recommend.
