The shipping was super fast. My memory foam mattress is perfect, I selected to add the cooling option and I sleep great at night with no troubles

I was not happy with the delivery. It was literally thrown on my front porch steps. Our neighbor helped us bring it in the house. Then my nephew & his friend came & brought it up the stairs!!! We let it breath for 48 hours then put the bedding on & had a wonderful first night sleep. As have the had the last two nights!!!

So many people on Instagram were advertising the mattress some I met through Instagram so I had to purchase I haven't slept this good in years, I waited the 48hrs before I laid on my mattress foam I must say thank you I'm so happy as I can be

This will be my second EgoHome mattress and the first hybrid I bought and the quality, materials how it feels it’s super

The adjustment bed frame was easy to install, is very quiet, the massage feature it’s very nice and relaxing

We absolutely love our new EgoHome mattress! It’s incredibly soft and has that perfect “sink right into it” feeling. It honestly feels like sleeping on a cloud and is so comfortable that getting into bed feels like a dream. We’ve been sleeping so well since getting it, and we wake up feeling refreshed instead of sore and achy. Our bodies feel so good in the morning! Definitely one of the best mattress purchases we’ve made.

I ordered the 12inch foam mattress and we opened it on the floor so that it could have a flat surface in the spare bedroom. We left it there for 2 days before bringing it into our bedroom and once we got it on the bed and measured it it only expanded to 10 inches but it didn’t bother us too much because it was placed on a 9 inch box spring so it wasn’t too low but when we got in bed that night we were so very pleased the mattress felt amazing so much so that we didn’t care that it didn’t expand to 12 inches when we woke up the next morning we had no body pain and no stiffness and that’s why I gave the mattress 5 stars we love our purchase and we recommend this mattress to anybody that has been suffering from body aches and back pain.

So far the mattress is comfortable, good and sturdy👍🏽👊🏽

Well some of holes in the headboard was not in the right sport and some of the directions was not clear. But bed is comfortable

It’s incredibly comfortable and exactly what I needed. I’ve had it for about a week now, and I haven’t experienced any back pain at all!

Overall, the bed is wonderful. It is medium just like we wanted, not too plush for discomfort but not too firm where it would be too hard and great for back support. I only took 1 star off because it advertises as cooling and both me and my husband still sweat and burn on the mattress as any other bed we got. Other than that, i recommend EGO for max comfort.

We've had these mattresses and bedframes for a year now and couldn't be happier. They're very comfortable and I've had the best sleep ever since.

Got the storage bed and ego king 14in memory foam. I love it. I’ve had so many issues sleeping and this mattress really helps

I initially received a King mattress instead of the Queen mattress I ordered. However, customer service was kind, professional, and very quick to resolve the issue. I received my Queen mattress on Thursday, June 11, 2026.

Although I received it a week ago, I only had the opportunity to sleep on it for the first time on Monday, June 15, 2026. I must say, the comfort is excellent. I usually struggle with severe back pain, but I slept comfortably throughout the night and woke up feeling great.

I am hopeful that this level of comfort will last for a long time because the mattress appears to be very well-made and of high quality. I am glad I decided to purchase it.

For anyone considering buying one, I would recommend purchasing the protection coverage for added peace of mind, just in case any issues arise. That said, based on my experience so far, I don't expect any problems. Their customer service is responsive, efficient, and professional.

Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase and would recommend it to others. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Have a 8” one in my semi truck, really nice to sleep on and not hot in the summer and not cold in the winter like some I’ve had in the past. Got another for our RV but a 10”, really comfortable and you don’t sink to the bottom. Will get another one for sure.

Mattress great. Two problems which have to do with Egohome. One, the first shipment never left the warehouse in spite of being assigned a Fed Ex tracking number. Two, be extremely careful with the Black Box it is shipped in - The black dye used on the box will get all over your fingers and hands and worse, we dragged into the bedroom and it stained the carpet. Egohome, I truly hope you address the staining box issue.

I have been sleeping like a baby once I got this mattress, it really is FIRM!
