How It Works
- Your trial begins when your products are delivered. If you are not satisfied with the product, fill out the questionnaire and submit it.
- We will contact you by email after reviewing the questionnaire.
- We will remove the product on your schedule, which will save you the trouble of handling the products. (You don’t have to put it back in the box.)
- Once the product has been removed, you will receive a full refund. (Note: The mattress processing fee will be directly deducted from the refund).
Mattress: 21 days from DELIVERED, within 100 days;
Other products: 15 days from DELIVERED, within 30 days;
