How It Works

  • Your trial begins when your products are delivered. If you are not satisfied with the product, fill out the questionnaire and submit it.
  • We will contact you by email after reviewing the questionnaire.
  • We will remove the product on your schedule, which will save you the trouble of handling the products. (You don’t have to put it back in the box.)
  • Once the product has been removed, you will receive a full refund. (Note: The mattress processing fee will be directly deducted from the refund).
For you to get the full product trial experience, we need you to complete the specified experience time before initiating the return process:
Mattress: 21 days from DELIVERED, within 100 days;
Other products: 15 days from DELIVERED, within 30 days;

Pay a $49 processing fee for pick up.
