100-Night Sleep Trial for Mattresses
- Buying a mattress online is different from trying one in-store. Our 100-night risk-free trial gives you time to experience real comfort at home before making a final decision.
- The first few nights may feel different, but that's part of the adjustment process. We recommend trying your new mattress for at least 21 nights before starting a return.
- If you're not 100% satisfied after the adjustment period, you can request a return within 100 days after delivery.

Our team will review your return request and questionnaire promptly to confirm eligibility and next steps.
In-Home Pickup
Once your return is approved, we'll schedule a convenient in-home pickup. No repacking or transportation is required.
Refund Processing
After your product has been successfully picked up, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
*Please Note: A $49 return shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund for mattress returns. In some cases, this fee may be waived when detailed feedback is shared in your questionnaire to help us improve our products and better serve our customers.

Yes. The 21-night adjustment period gives your body time to adapt to the new sleep surface. Returns requested before this period may not be approved.
