The return process differs for opened and unopened mattresses. If your mattress is unopened, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Customer Service: Please contact our Customer Service at support@egohome.com, specifying the item(s) you wish to return or exchange and the reason for your request. We will respond to your inquiry within 48 hours, and your patience during this time is greatly appreciated.
2. Receive Pre-Paid Shipping Label: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label. If you are unable to print the label, you can take it to a carrier location for assistance.
3. Package the Item(s): Following the return instructions we provide, carefully package the item(s) to be returned using the original packaging if possible.
4. Drop Off the Package: Take your packaged item(s) to a carrier location near you and drop it off. You can use the tracking number on your shipping label to monitor its shipping progress.
5. Processing and Refund: Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. Once processed, we will issue the refund to you. After the refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
