How soon can I start sleeping on my EGO mattress?

While it may take up to 48 hours for your mattress to fluff up to its full height, it is okay to sleep on the first night. During the first 2-3 hours, the mattress will reach its full height, but it will be a bit softer. And after 24 hours, it will return to its original hardness.

Why there’s smell from the mattress?

A newly produced mattress will have the smell of foam, especially when you open the package. We suggest using it after it is ventilated for about 48 hours.

We have tested that the smell does not harm humans.

Is a memory foam mattress right for me?

Memory foam conforms to your coziest sleeping positions. Any body shape can fit from head to foot.

Does the mattress come with a frame?

Unfortunately no, the mattress does not come with a frame. However, we have bedframes on our website. Please check and choose the one you prefer.

What makes EGO memory foam special?

 What is the lifespan of your mattress?

We offer a 10-year limited warranty to our customers. We are confident that our mattresses will outlast usual memory foam mattresses and stand for our quality products.

What do I need to process a claim?

To process your claim, our customer service specialists will need proof of the original purchase, several photos of your EGO product and the issue, the product’s law tags (located at the top edge of the mattress), and a written description of the concern. We will also need your contact and shipping information.

Can I upgrade my mattress on a warranty?

Yes, but there may be a difference in the cost.

Where do EGO products ship?

EGO ships to all 50 states, not including Hawaii and Alaska. EGO does not ship internationally.
