10-Year Limited Warranty
This warranty is valid for 10 years from the original purchase date and covers any defects in materials or workmanship. It does not cover: wear and tear; normal changes in softness or resilience; stained or soiled products; misuse or improper maintenance; alterations or repairs by unauthorized representatives; or damage resulting from handling, use, accidents, or other causes. To activate the warranty, mattresses must be unpacked within 30 days of delivery.
1-10 Years Warranty
Our bases also come with a limited warranty depend on the base you choose. EGOHOME Adjustable Bases offer a warranty which runs 1-2 warranty years from the date of purchase, according to the tiers set forth below.
·2 Years Full Coverage Warranty: This covers all aspects of your M200/M300.
·3-5 Years Motor and Control Boxes: These components are covered for free during this period, excluding remotes, labor, and mailing costs.
·10 Years Frame Warranty: The frame of your product is protected for a decade.

The same as mattress, this warranty is valid for 10 years from the original date of purchase and covers any defects in materials or craftsmanship. It does not cover stained products, wear and tear, normal changes in softness or resilience, or improper care.
5-Year Limited Warranty
This warranty is valid for 5 years from the original date of purchase and covers any defects in materials or craftsmanship. It does not cover products that are stained or show signs of wear and tear, normal changes in softness or resilience (including impressions less than an inch deep), improper care, or damage caused by use on uneven mattresses or other surfaces.
5-Year Limited Warranty
This warranty is valid for 5 years from the original date of purchase and covers any defects in materials or craftsmanship. It does not cover any damage caused to the base resulting from misuse or abuse by purchase, any repair or replacement of the Base’s parts by an unauthorized person.
1-Year Limited Warranty
This warranty is valid for 1 year from the original date of purchase and covers any defects in materials or craftsmanship. It does not cover stained products, wear and tear, improper care, or alterations by an unauthorized representative.

With our Accident Protection Plan, you can enjoy peace of mind knowing that your mattress is protected from unexpected accidents. Whether it’s a spill, stain, or any other accident, we’ve got you covered.
Choose Your Protection: 3, 5, or 10 Years
Select the coverage period that suits you best. This plan gives you the flexibility to choose protection for 3, 5, or 10 years from the date of mattress purchase. It’s the ideal solution for keeping your mattress in pristine condition.
What’s Covered (Accidental Damage Only)
Spills & Stains: Accidental spills from drinks, food, or bodily fluids that result in visible stains.
Pet Damage: Accidental tearing, chewing, scratching, or soiling caused by household pets.
Rips, Tears & Cuts: Accidental rips or physical damage from sharp objects (e.g., scissors, keys) under normal usage.
Burns & Scuffs: Accidental burns or heat marks (e.g., from hair styling tools or cigarettes).
Other Accidents: Any sudden, unintentional incident that results in physical damage to the mattress surface or core — not related to manufacturing issues.
What’s Not Covered:
Normal Wear & Tear: Gradual softening, sagging, discoloration, or fabric fading from regular use.
Improper Use or Maintenance: Damage resulting from not using a proper foundation/base, folding/bending the mattress, not rotating as recommended, or not using a mattress protector.
Intentional Damage: Any damage that appears to be deliberate or due to negligence (e.g., jumping on the bed).
Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications: Damage caused by attempts to alter, open, or repair the mattress by anyone not authorized by us.
Delayed Reporting: Claims made more than 30 days after the damage occurred.
Acts of Nature: Damage caused by natural disasters (e.g., floods, fire, earthquakes) or infestations (e.g., bed bugs, mold due to external water leaks).
Odors or Allergens: Smells, allergens, or sensitivities not directly resulting from a covered accident.
Commercial Use: Mattresses used in hotels, dormitories, clinics, or other non - residential settings.
How It Works:
Purchase the Accident Protection Plan at checkout.
If an accident occurs, simply contact us and provide proof of the damage.
We’ll arrange a professional cleaning or repair service, or, if necessary, provide a replacement mattress.
