Please read our return guidelines based on whether your product is opened or unopened.

  • Condition:

    Items must be unused and in original condition, with no damage, stains, or odors.

  • What’s Included:

    All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included. A valid proof of purchase is required.

  • Return Window:

    Returns are accepted within 180 days of delivery.

  • Refund Timing:

    Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after your return is received and inspected.

  • Trial Eligibility:

    Opened items are eligible for return under our trial policy.

  • Return Window:

    Mattresses: Eligible for return after a 21-night adjustment period, and within 100 days after delivery.

    Other Products: Eligible for return after 15 days of delivery, and within 30 days of delivery.

  • Refund Timing:

    Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after your return is processed.

How to Make a Return

1 Contact customer service

Please contact Customer Service at support@egohome.com, and include the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange along with the reason for your request. We'll respond within 48 hours.

2 Print your shipping label

Once your return is approved, we'll email you a pre-paid shipping label. If you're unable to print it, you can show it at a carrier location for assistance.

3 Pack up your return

After receiving your return instructions, please securely pack the item(s) using the original packaging whenever possible.

4 Ship it back to us

Drop off your package at any nearby carrier location. Once shipped, you can track its progress using the tracking information on your shipping label.

5 Confirm refund

Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. Once your refund is issued, you'll receive a confirmation email.

To receive the correct return address, please contact us first at support@egohome.com. We're unable to accept any returns that are sent without prior approval.

*Please note: do not send your return to the address printed on your package, as it is not our designated return facility and may delay your refund processing.

Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (such as your credit card) within 7–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

  • Unopened Items:
    Return shipping is covered by us when the item is returned in its original, unopened condition.
  • Opened Items:
    For opened mattresses that are in good condition, we will arrange a convenient in-home pickup service. A $49 pickup fee will be deducted from your refund.
