I bought the eco home black 14” mattress last week. I was so excited. It was my first new mattress ever. Everything before had always been hand me downs from my family. I did my research and the eco home mattress worked for me both with great reviews and price. I was trying to buy a king size but unfortunately they were out of stock and unbeknownst to me, the website automatically resets to what they do have in stock instead. So when I thought I purchased a king, I really ordered a full size. When I opened the box I was so excited to figure out how a mattress was going to pop out of such a small box. The directions said the mattress needs min of 12 hours to reach actual size. So it wasn’t until the next day that I realized my full size mattress wasn’t filling my king size frame. I immediately reached out to eco home and the response I got was that I need to give it at least 21 days for the mattress to settle before they would consider giving me a refund. They asked for pics. I sent them and reiterated that there was no way this mattress would work for my needs and I need to do a return and get a refund. It has been a week and no response from them and no return issued. I do not recommend to anyone to purchase from this company. I can’t afford to buy a new mattress without getting the refund and I can’t use this one. I’m beyond frustrated and don’t know what else to do. Then the company sent me this email today asking me to review my recent purchase and so this bad review is on them. I wouldn’t have said anything if anyone actually worked at this company and would respond to my requests for a refund. Instead all I get are automated responses. This is why AI doesn’t work in all fields and customer service is definitely one of them. I am hoping that someone from eco home reads this actually gets in touch with me.

The product is much better than what I expected. The firmness and quality is excellent. I had very good sleep from day one. The packaging was excellent and the price was very reasonable compare to other products. I would recommend to buy this product.

Mattress great. Two problems which have to do with Egohome. One, the first shipment never left the warehouse in spite of being assigned a Fed Ex tracking number. Two, be extremely careful with the Black Box it is shipped in - The black dye used on the box will get all over your fingers and hands and worse, we dragged into the bedroom and it stained the carpet. Egohome, I truly hope you address the staining box issue.

This bed is super firm. I have never felt anything like it. I no longer toss and turn all night and I wake up with no pain. I ordered this bed and had to contact customer service about the shipping address, they helped me correct it and delivery was easy. So glad I went with this bed.

We recently ordered the EGO Home Black 14" Firm Mattress. We needed a new mattress as my current mattress was too soft. My boyfriends back was constantly killing him. Personally I prefer a softer mattress, but I couldn't let him suffer any longer. He absolutely loves the new mattress. I am still on the fence because let me tell you, this mattress is FIRM. I am sure it will get slightly softer over time, so I am going to stick it out. For now we ordered a down alternative mattress topper and protector from amazon to make it softer for me. But if you want a seriously firm mattress then this is the one for you. He love it because you do not sink into the mattress and it provides superior support for your back. If you do not want a super firm mattress then I would suggest ordering the regular EGO Home Black 14" Mattress.
