EGO offers varying warranty periods depending on the type of product you've purchased:
·Mattress and Pillow: Covered for 10 years.
·Topper and Value Base: Covered for 5 years.
·Other Products: Covered for 1-2 years.
Additionally, for our M200/M300 adjustable base, the warranty details are as follows:
·2 Years Full Coverage Warranty: This covers all aspects of your M200/M300.
·3-5 Years Motor and Control Boxes: These components are covered for free during this period, excluding remotes, labor, and mailing costs.
·10 Years Frame Warranty: The frame of your product is protected for a decade.

Our return and exchange process is straightforward and customer-friendly. If you decide to initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps: 1. Contact Customer Service: Please contact our Customer Service atsupport@egohome.com, specifying the item(s) you wish to return or exchange and the reason for your request. We will respond to your inquiry within 48 hours, and your patience during this time is greatly appreciated. 2. Receive Pre-Paid Shipping Label: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label. If you are unable to print the label, you can take it to a carrier location for assistance. 3. Package the Item(s): Following the return instructions we provide, carefully package the item(s) to be returned using the original packaging if possible. 4. Drop Off the Package: Take your packaged item(s) to a carrier location near you and drop it off. You can use the tracking number on your shipping label to monitor its shipping progress. 5. Processing and Refund: Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. Once processed, we will issue the refund to you. After the refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

Absolutely! Your EGO product warranty includes coverage for damages that may occur during the shipping process. If you receive your EGO product and find that it has been damaged during shipment, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service team immediately. They will assist you in opening a claim and arranging for a prompt replacement to ensure you receive a product in perfect condition.
