Like many foam mattresses, EGOHOME beds may have an initial odor from off-gassing. Letting the mattress air out in a ventilated room for a few days before use can help minimize the smell. The odors are not harmful but may be bothersome to some.

Can I flip an EGOHOME mattress?

EGOHOME recommends rotating their mattresses head-to-toe every 3-6 months, but you should not flip them over. The mattresses have a distinct comfort layer on top that is not designed to be on the bottom.

Do EGOHOME mattresses sleep hot?

Most EGOHOME mattresses sleep cooler than average for all-foam beds thanks to their gel-infused foams, breathable covers, and airflow designs. However, some lightweight sleepers still find the all-foam options retain some heat. The EGOHOME hybrid models offer the most cooling and airflow.

Are EGOHOME mattresses compatible with an adjustable base?

EGOHOME mattresses are compatible with not just adjustable bases but many kinds of other bases. But please ensure that your mattress is supported by a firm, flat foundation with adequate slats that are less than 2” apart, or it will cause memory foam to become wavy.

Are the EGOHOME Mattresses good for a heavy person?

Yes, EGOHOME Mattresses are perfect for a heavy person. In fact, EGOHOME line offers mattresses for all shapes and sizes! All of our mattresses provide incredible pressure relief and support.

Why does the EGOHOME mattress cover have a zipper if I am not supposed to remove it?

The zipper on the mattress cover is used only as part of the manufacturing process and is not intended to be unzipped. If your mattress has a zipper, do not unzip the cover. If you need to clean your mattress cover, please follow the instructions in the "How do I clean and care for my mattress?" section above.
EGOHOME Mattress Covers should not be removed as they protect the key components of the mattress, such as the foam core, EGOHOME AeroFusion™ Memory Foam, cooling gel and other materials that make the EGO Mattress unique and give it superior support and comfort.

A safe and effective flame-retardant layer around the EGOHOME mattress without the disadvantages of fiberglass and other fire-retardant chemicals. If you are also concerned about whether your mattress contains fiberglass, here are some steps you can check our mattress label. Look for information on the mattress label or tag. It provide details about the materials used in the mattress, including whether fiberglass is present.

Do EGOHOME mattresses contain Latex、flame retardants or other chemicals？

We do not use latex in our products. Instead, EGOHOME has produced a proprietary latex-like material called AdaptiFoam that is safe for those with latex allergies or sensitivities.

How soon can I start sleeping on my EGOHOME mattress?

A newly manufactured mattress may have a foam odor, particularly upon opening the packaging. This smell is non-harmful and should dissipate after a few days of being unpacked and aired out. Therefore, we recommend unpacking the mattress in a well-ventilated area and allowing it to ventilate for approximately 48 hours before use.

Great Comfort, Little Cooling

Overall, the bed is wonderful. It is medium just like we wanted, not too plush for discomfort but not too firm where it would be too hard and great for back support. I only took 1 star off because it advertises as cooling and both me and my husband still sweat and burn on the mattress as any other bed we got. Other than that, i recommend EGO for max comfort.

I ordered the Ego 14inch pro mattress and I have been getting some of the best sleep I’ve ever had. The mattress inflated to full size after removing the plastic and I gave it a day to settle before sleeping on it. As advertised it is cool to the touch. I don’t feel any motion transfer when my wife gets in or out of the bed and my body is recovered each day when I wake up. No back pain or shoulder pain like I felt with our last mattress. This has been a great investment!

5 Stars – Sleep Upgrade!

I recently upgraded to a King bed and needed a new mattress. Cue panic—because I loved my old mattress and knew it was discontinued. After some research (and a little leap of faith), I went with this one based on the reviews.

Shipping: Not gonna lie—shipping was rough. By the time it arrived, it looked like it had been drop-kicked across the country from California to South Carolina. 😅

BUT—the mattress itself? Amazing.

✔️ It’s the perfect mix of soft and firm

Even my sister, who visited recently, slept through the night and never went back to her husband’s bed! 😂 I’ve noticed I fall asleep quicker—Kingston knocks me out fast!

Bottom line: Don’t hesitate on this one. If you like it softer, go for the plush option. If you want something a little less thick, the 12-inch version should do the trick.

I recovered my sleep

This has got to be the best mattress Ive bought. Have had back problems for a long time. Once I started sleeping on this mattress, my back aches went away. Its has a medium/soft material. The mattress came in a box, took it inside and cut the plastic. It immediately began to pressurize into shape. This mattress is firm and very easy to lay on. I am 74 years old, and this is the first foam mattress I've ever had, but it did not disappoint. It is just perfect.

Beyond WOW!!!

Purchasing the EGOHome Black 14” king mattress, we were skeptical to say the least! Especially after reviewing the instructions prior to receiving (allow 12-48 hrs for proper ventilation and inflation) of mattress! Once that mattress unfolded onto the box spring and frame of our bed, we were starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel! Once we were able to get the linen and comforter onto the bed and finally give it a go on the first night, HOLY COW! AMAZING, totally blown away at how comfortable something that could be tightly shipped into a box so small could provide the level of comfort that it did! If there are anybody sitting on the fence in regards to purchasing an EGO Home product, please send them our way! We would gladly provide that extra UMPH for ya! Excellent product and even more comfortable night’s sleep!

Most comfortable mattress

I purchased the 14" california king mattress and it has to be one of the most comfortable mattresses I've ever owned. So far all of my girlfriends have said it's extremely comfortable as well as perfect for extra curricular activities. I would definitely recommend it to all my friends and colleagues.

Mattress is good, but way too soft for a medium

I was debating between the firm and medium, I ended up getting the medium 14 inch full size. I think maybe the order got mixed up because the mattress I got is the softest ive ever laid in. I literally just sink into it. I was hoping to get something with a little more structure. My last mattress I got from this site was excellent. I am debating maybe a refund or an exchange. shipping and the whole process was amazing.

My kids LOVE their new mattresses

We purchased two Queen size mattresses for my kids who are getting older and needed a mattress upgrade. They both absolutely fell in love with these mattresses after just one night! They said they don't toss and turn or wake up through the night. One says he falls asleep faster because he's so comfortable! Thinking of upgrading mine and my husband's next from our old sleep number (Which I will not purchase again) I tried my son's new one out for one night and I slept better on this one than my sleep number!
