Step 2: Our partner will remove the product on your schedule. (You don’t have to put it back in the box.)

Step 3: Once the product has been removed, you will receive a full refund.

(Note: The mattress processing fee will be directly deducted from the refund).

      • Condition 1: Contact us at support@egohome.com to complete the questionnaire detailing reasons for return and suggestions for improvement.
      • Condition 2: Pay a $49 processing fee for pick up.

1. Completion of the questionnaire is mandatory to initiate the refund REFUND REQUEST.

2. Any aspect of the suggestions or comments can be, (product quality/delivery speed/customer service/website design and so on).

3. Our customer service team reviews questionnaire responses carefully. If a questionnaire appears to be filled out too casually, we may ask for it to be completed again. Customers providing high-quality responses will benefit from having their processing fee waived.
