We offer a 100-night trial for mattress and a 30-day trial on other items available on our website. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you can request a refund.
To ensure a successful refund, please make sure your return meets the following conditions:

product should be in good condition, free from any damages, stains or unpleasant smells.
2.Original
accessories and documents included in the package should be retained.
3.You need to provide proof of

Here are the return steps
Contact customer service
Please contact Customer Service at Egohome-ecommerce@hkfoam.com, indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
Print your shipping label
Once return request approved, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label. If you are unable to print, please bring this to a carrier location for assistance.
Pack up your return
After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
Ship it back to us
Drop off your package at a carrier location near you. Once it ships, use the tracking in your shipping label to track its progress.
Confirm refund
Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you.And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

Please email us at https://egohome.com/pages/contact to get the return address first. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
*Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

Refund
Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

At EGO Home, we offer free shipping as a part of our commitment to excellent customer service. However, please note that if you return your items without contacting us in advance, we reserve the right to decline the return and will not be able to reimburse any shipping costs incurred.
