What makes EGO AeroFusion™ Memory Foam special?
Memory foam, scientifically known as slow rebound foam, is a type of soft polyurethane foam. This foam contains open-structured molecules that can move under external forces, spreading the force to fit the entire contact surface. Reduce the discomfort produced by the human body due to contact with the mattress extrusion, promote blood circulation in the human body, and enhance the comfort of human sleep.
AeroFusion™ Memory Foam upgrades temperature characteristics, its softness and hardness will not appear with the temperature changes and obvious differences, so that people in any environment can experience the comfort of memory foam. Internally known as ""non-thermal memory foam"".
How do I clean and care for my mattress?
We recommend following the specific care instructions detailed on your EGO Manufacturer Warranty card included with every purchase. If you have misplaced your warranty card, please get in touch with us by email at egohome-ecommerce@hkfoam.com
How soon can I start sleeping on my EGO mattress?
A newly manufactured mattress may have a foam odor, particularly upon opening the packaging. This smell is non-harmful and should dissipate after a few days of being unpacked and aired out. Therefore, we recommend unpacking the mattress in a well-ventilated area and allowing it to ventilate for approximately 48 hours before use.
Additionally, it is important to note that the mattress requires at least 24 to 48 hours to fully expand to its intended size. Once it has reached its maximum size, it will regain its original softness.
Do EGO mattress contain Latex、flame retardants or other chemicals?
We do not use latex in our products. Instead, EGO has produced a proprietary latex-like material called AdaptiFoam that is safe for those with latex allergies or sensitivities.
Plus, We promise that the foam in our mattresses verifies its compliance with safety and environmental standards, without the use of detrimental flame retardants, formaldehyde, or other hazardous chemicals.
How do I begin my warranty claim?
We offer a 10-year limited warranty to our customers. We are confident that our mattresses will outlast usual memory foam mattresses and stand for our quality products.
To process your claim quickly, please gather the related information on your EGO product before starting. our customer service specialists will need proof of the original purchase, several photos of your EGO product and the issue, the product’s law tags (located at the top edge of the mattress), and a written description of the concern. How do I care for and maintain my adjustable base?
Proper care and maintenance can extend the lifespan of your adjustable base. When choosing a power source for your adjustable base, ensure it can handle the required power supply to avoid blowing a fuse or surging a circuit.
Are adjustable bases compatible with all types of mattresses?

What should I do if I have trouble installing the adjustable bed?

2.Unpack with Care: Gently unpack the adjustable base in the chosen space. Take a moment to inspect the components and ensure that everything is present and undamaged.
3.Steady Leg Placement: Before proceeding, ensure all legs are even and securely attached to the bed frame. This ensures a stable foundation for your adjustable base.
4.Ready for Action: Once the legs are properly positioned, carefully flip the adjustable base over to its upright position. Now, your base is ready to be used and enjoyed.

Are EGO mattresses compatible with an adjustable base?
EGO mattresses are compatible with not just adjustable bases but many kinds of other bases. But please ensure that your mattress is supported by a firm, flat foundation with adequate slats that are less than 2” apart, or it will cause memory foam to become wavy.

Can EGO pillow covers be replaced?

What should I do if I have trouble installing the sofa bed?
"EASY TO ASSEMBLY. Assemble the sofa bed by attaching the middle legs to the body using four bolts and tightening four screws. Then, flip the sofa bed over so it is supported on its legs.

Is the warranty on all EGO products 10 years?

·Mattress and Pillow: Covered for 10 years.
·Topper and Value Base: Covered for 5 years.
·Other Products: Covered for 1-2 years.
Additionally, for our M200/M300 adjustable base, the warranty details are as follows:
·2 Years Full Coverage Warranty: This covers all aspects of your M200/M300.
·3-5 Years Motor and Control Boxes: These components are covered for free during this period, excluding remotes, labor, and mailing costs.
·10 Years Frame Warranty: The frame of your product is protected for a decade.
Does my warranty cover damages caused during shipping?
Absolutely! Your EGO product warranty includes coverage for damages that may occur during the shipping process. Return&Refund

What is your return and exchange process like?
